THANK YOU!!! YOU´RE REALLY NICE!!!
Yesterday, we celebrated PEACE DAY together and we made crafts and coloring pages. Also, children in grades 5 and 6 made a big chart with all of their good proposals for getting PEACE.

HAPPY AND PEACEFUL PEACE DAY!!
Spanish schools celebrate the School Day of Non-violence and Peace on January 30 every year.
We usually sing famous peaceful songs and make crafts related to love and peace. However, Peace Day is more than this. It´s a day for being conscious that love and peace are very neccesary nowadays and feeling solidarity with those than live in the poverty and war.
We celebrate it on this day because the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi .

A TRIP TO LONDON
Los alumnos y alumnas de 5º curso están inmersos en un proyecto multidisciplinar en el que mediante un viaje por Europa a bordo del interraíl van aprendiendo y descubriendo aspectos relacionados con la cultura, geografía e historia, entre otros, de los paises por lo cuales van pasando.
Desde el area de inglés no se quiere desaprovechar la oportunidad de una visita rápida a United Kingdom, que pese a la brevedad de esta, nosotros, con tiempo y calma, iremos profundizando en aspectos culturales y lingüísticos de la lengua inglesa y nos sirve como preámbulo a nuestro PROJECT: A TRIP TO LONDON.
En este espacio, iremos insertando todos los trabajos y conocientos aprendidos, asi como las webs desde donde podemos obtener información para ellos.
